Mark earned a degree in computer programming from Control Data Institute. Having worked in various
manufacturing industries, he began working with automotive lighting in 1986 as a Quality Control Manager.
During this period, he had the opportunity to write DOS-based software for a goniometer built by himself
and fellow colleagues. After joining another automotive lighting manufacturer, he was quickly promoted to
Director of Engineering. During his tenure, he was asked to build goniometers for both his employer as well as his employer's international suppliers.
Mark is self taught in computer-aided mechanical and optical design and currently holds more than 30 U.S.
patents.
In his free time, Mark enjoys hiking, cycling, swimming, and fishing.

Mathew "Matt" is a trained optical engineer holding a degree in Applied Optics from the Rose-Hulman
Institute of Technology. He is no stranger to complex challenges and brings innovative solutions to tough
problems. With more than eight years of experence in the automotive industry focusing on optical design,
Matt is more than familiar with the challenges associated with photometric testing.
Matt has advanced through the roles of Senior Optical Engineer, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Program Manager and Lighting Design Manager. He understands the importance of disruptive technological solutions that deliver true customer value.
His background in optics, statistics, and product design has provided the perfect foundation for designing and launching world-class photometric testing products. Matt holds more than 25 patents worldwide.
Matt enjoys running and scuba diving in his free time.
